Welcome to Managemate

Your community keeps its work and records in Managemate

Whether you’ve just joined the board or just started managing the community, this page explains what Managemate is for, what you’ll receive, and how to sign in.

Why your community uses Managemate

Your management company or board chose Managemate so that the work at your community is recorded in one place: what’s planned, what’s under way, the documents behind it and the decisions made along the way. Managers log updates as the work happens, and board members can see it without having to ask.

Managemate isn’t a resident portal. It’s for your board and your management team, and it works alongside the portal your residents use.

If you’re a board member

What you’ll receive

A welcome email with your account, then digests of your manager’s updates about the community. You can choose a weekly digest, a daily one, or both, and your manager can send time-sensitive updates immediately.

Catch up and look things up

The history of past work and decisions stays with the community, so a new board member can get up to speed without relying on anyone’s memory. Records and documents can be found by vendor, date, topic, common area, asset, unit or lot, without asking your manager to find them.

Ask questions where the work is

When you have a question about something, you can ask your management team in the notes on that record. The question and the answer stay with the work, rather than in someone’s inbox.

Before each meeting

Your manager generates the manager’s report from the updates logged during the reporting period, so it reflects the work that was done.

Training

Training is included for every board member, in a group session or one on one, and you can book a session at a time that suits you.

If you manage or support the community

Start with the history

The community’s records and the work logged before you arrived are all in one place, so you can pick up where the last manager left off.

Log updates as you go

An update takes a sentence or two, and emails that matter can be forwarded to the community’s Managemate address and saved as documents.

See what’s due

The daily agenda arrives each morning with what’s due, starting, expiring or renewing at each of your communities.

Report when you’re ready

When it’s time to prepare for a board meeting, generate the manager’s report from the updates already logged.
